VERSE 18-39 MS 39

CHAPTER 18,
PATH OF LIBERATION AND RENUNCIATION,
VERSE LIB 39

GIST

That experience which from the beginning to the end produces attachment, temptation, sleep, laxity, danger and inalertness, such comfort is the 'Tamasa' (Literal meaning: darkness. This darkness is owing to ignorance. Additional attachment is inertia. Hence we can create a compound word 'Igno-inertia' as equivalent of tamasa.)

BLOGGER'S VIEW
This definition is quite good and interesting. All of us are subject to 'Igno-inertia' at some point or other of our life. Even Lord Krishna is also subject to the Igno-inertia, but of course, the scripture preachers will not agree.

One redeeming feature for all of us, is that we are not and shall not be subject to igno-inertia from the BEGINNING TO END.
